Product, price, and payment
PeckQ is a hosted restaurant waitlist application. Its main characteristics, monthly price, trial, currency, taxes, renewal, and payment-failure terms are described on the Pricing page. When checkout is enabled, the checkout identifies the payment methods, final amount, payment processor, renewal date, and transaction terms before purchase. PeckQ does not store complete payment-card details.
Contract, records, cancellation, and refunds
The Terms of Service govern the subscription. Customers can retain or print those Terms and receive transaction records electronically through the Merchant of Record. Cancellation and refund rules are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory statutory rights, including applicable electronic-transaction cooling-off rights, remain unaffected.
Privacy and security
See the Privacy Policy, Cookie and Browser Storage Notice, and PAIA Manual. Online payments will use a hosted Merchant of Record operating under its own payment-security controls.
Codes and memberships
IMPI TECH does not currently claim membership of an industry accreditation body or adherence to a voluntary industry code for PeckQ. Applicable South African law and the published PeckQ policies still apply. Our internal complaint and escalation process is described in the Complaints Policy.
