PeckQ is priced per restaurant. There is no setup fee and no annual commitment.

14-day free trial. A payment method is required when starting the trial.

- A hosted restaurant dashboard for managing the live waitlist.
- Manual wait estimates and the full call, coming, seat, cancel, and no-show flow.
- Queue-linked guest and staff messages.
Trial and renewal
The free trial lasts 14 days. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically becomes a monthly paid subscription using the payment method supplied at checkout. Cancellation during the trial prevents the first charge. Paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so access continues until then.

Currency and taxes
PeckQ's initial South African offer is billed in ZAR. IMPI TECH is not currently VAT registered and does not add South African VAT. Checkout shows the total due, first charge date, and renewal terms before purchase.
Payment failure
PeckQ allows a seven-day grace period after a failed subscription payment. If payment is still unresolved after that period, the restaurant account may be suspended until payment is restored.
Sandbox notice: PayFast checkout is currently being tested in sandbox. Creating a PeckQ account does not itself create a paid subscription or charge a card. Live charging will begin only after separate production approval.
